Even though me and Ben didn't come to a deal for a new BMW M2 I enjoyed every minute dealing with him at NS. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy to sell you anything. He truly puts people first before selling you a car and that cant be said about many dealerships these days.

I will always keep an eye on Bens car stock as I buy cars frequently and hope one day I can get to work with Ben.

We bought a Mercedes-Benz GLE from Ben and his team in January 2026.

When we came to see the car, it was a last minute thing and we didn't have an appointment, but the car was freshly cleaned and ready to be sold, we took it for a test drive, fell in love and spent the next couple of hours sorting all the finance out before driving the car away the same day, now bare in mind, this is all on late Sunday afternoon with minimal notice but Ben was very accommodating and easy going.

Ben was fantastic from start to finish, customer service was great, car exactly as described, it had a few dings and scratches that were relevant for the cars age, but Ben was more than happy to get the dents and scratches sorted for us which has now been done and the car is perfect and looks brand new again.

No issues whatsoever, these guys are honest and reliable dealers in a world where there are too many companies that will mess around and sell you bad cars.

If you're looking for a new car, speak to these guys, you'll struggle finding better dealers to help you.

Recently bought a car from Ben and the team at NS cars. I found Ben to be a very friendly and knowledgeable person and knew everything about the car I was interested in. I needed a car immediately but due to the registration plates needing changing we thought it wasn't possible but Ben did suggest a work around that I was able to do with my insurance provider. Ben regularly kept me informed until the registration plates could be switched over. From start to finish I was more than happy with the service I received. Would be more than happy to use again and will be looking on NS website for my wife's next car when the time comes. Thanks again NS cars.

Me and my missus went to view a Range Rover Evoque 2017 model last March and what an incredible car. Ben had us shown us the car in a video call initially and the car was exactly to the same quality when we saw it in person, bought it same day, Ben got me the 3 year RAC warranty for my peace of mind. He's my go to now for all things car related.

Went in yesterday to test drive a couple of cars. Ben was really friendly and knew all about the spec and history of each car. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and recommended an ideal car for me. I asked if I could come in and pick the car up the next day and he collected my daughter and I. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and everything was quick and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben. He even showed me how to link my phone via Bluetooth and use the Sat nav.

I would highly recommended purchasing a car from Ben @ NS Cars. I purchased a jaguar XE coming up to a year ago now.

I think where Ben stands out, is with his after care. I took out RAC cover via Ben, unfortunately my car seen a common fault that lead to me using my warranty. Ben was the first person to take the car on as other garages were reluctant in my local area. Ben did an absolute sterling job on the car but also a sterling job of keeping me informed and managed to turn the car around quickly!

A journey to behold
They say it's not about the destination, it's about the journey.. truer words couldn't have been spoken from a salesman that never uttered them. He didn't need to, Ben was an absolute champion in finding me the perfect vehicle from the very first phone call. He asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. Working at Land Rover previously, he convinced me away from an Evoque, into a Discovery Sport.. and boy does he have enough of themto run his own dealership. He provided a plethora of options from the get go and spent much of his own time detailing each one. I didn't make this sale easy, he will tell you that. A fine line between fuss.. and being particular, i opted for the one 4x4 that wasn't ready yet. No fear.. at this point, i trusted him with my life (and my wheels). Ben kept me updated through the procedure this Rover was undertaking, a build of a brand new engine.. with pictures and honesty. Just shy of a 4 month wait, from the first message to the first drive, i couldn't have been more thrilled with the purchase. Before we touched on any paperwork, he insisted we take it for a test drive knowing it was my first time in an automatic.. mentioning every feature and button along the way (as if he hadn't sold it to me already). The finance application he made quick and easy, even sorting the taxman out on my behalf. Ben also provided a free 12 month RAC warranty.. along with an energy drink and a bottle of water, preventing my mouth from drying up with the great conversation he held. Done deal. All that remained was the 4 hour ride back home, from Liverpool to London. I drifted off to sleep a happy chap that night and it turned out to be a dream.. or was it? I awoke to a glistening machine sparkling from the bedroom window. I called in sick and took a day off work just to drive it some more. Ben even had the courtesy to ask if i was happy with everything, tempting me to go back for the beamer i part exchanged with him, being in such good hands. All in all.. an astoundingly positive experience, that was well worth the drive.
